Thyroid (diagnosed)

Hi Carol,

You were right, my thyroid is regenerating.  After having a blood test last week to have my thyroid checked, my doctor is reducing my medication to the lowest dosage.  I will get it rechecked again in 6 weeks.  At that time, I suppose it will be discontinued.  This is truly a miracle after having been on the medication for the past 48 years.

Now, I must ask you what I can do to lower my blood pressure.  It is borderline high.  I’m thinking that it will normalize when my thyroid becomes “normal”, but in the meantime is there anything I can do with the AltWaters™?  She wants to recheck it next week.
