I went to see Carol Keppler at the urging of my sister who had been on the program I had extremely high cholesterol and triglyceride levels. I had been on Zocor, Mevacor, niacin and other medicine and drugs to lower the cholesterol. I experienced severe side effects from everything I took. The last straw was when I was on Pravacol. I had been on the medication for about a week when I went blind in my left eye and became so fearful. I experienced hallucinations...snakes coming out of the walls and overwhelming fear. I stopped taking the medication and decided to search for another way to lower the cholesterol and triglyceride levels.  I also had headaches daily.

During the forty day period, when I eliminated all animal products from my diet, my cholesterol levels dropped considerably. I took the heart test at the AZ Heart Institute and there is no blockage in my arteries. I expect to live a long healthy, good quality life.
