Tips to Speed Up the Healing Process
by Carol R, Keppler, M.EI
Part 1: Reprogram your Bio-computer! Unresolved health challenges are often "core" issues that are very personal to each of us (i.e., un-loved, "scared-to-death", separated from God, guilt, self-punishment, false certainties). This, of course, is why many people who have tried everything have not been able to get well. At this point, what you can do is re-program your Bio-computer, which may be running negative programs via your subconscious, causing energy mutations that can definitely prevent healing. In other words, unbeknownst to you, your subconscious could be doing you in! "I claim that all subconscious programming, or any other programs that are running in my body, which are detrimental to my health and wellbeing, be deleted and reprogrammed in every aspect of my life to reflect my birthright of unconditional health and abundance. In the name of (Yahvey, Jesus the Christ, Heavenly Father, Krishna, ______) and anchored with the Violet Flame. Amen and Amen. And so it is!" Part 2: See, feel and know your wellness! Best times upon awakening/going to sleep and as many times during the day as you think of it. It's called auto-suggestion. Saying aloud works best. As Percival said in Thinking and Destiny, "Balance the thought and the disease will be cured" . "I now claim perfection at the atomic level of every cell in my body - in the name of (Yahvey, Jesus the Christ, Heavenly Father, Krishna, ______)." In spare moments run your new programming: seeing and feeling yourself doing the things you used to love to do, that you have a passion for but may not have been able to do for a long time. Close your eyes and imagine yourself going through these happy experiences again - Bev said she still has all her dancing shoes for when she got high on ballroom dancing. Yours may be hiking or woodworking, or? Run through your program at least twice a day, before falling asleep and upon awakening or any time you have a moment to close your eyes. See it, feel it - hear the action and smell the smells. Embellish it as you go. If you don't have a program to run, make one up! A positive spin can be put on a negative experience with a "delete" and reprogramming with a new thought or a simple, "Praise the Lord anyway!" Part 3: Get on with your life! Get your mind off yourself and your problem(s) by doing something to help others. If you can get out, volunteer with older people, pet shelters, soup kitchens, and? Or like the woman who had been bed ridden for six years and suddenly realized there was a way she could still help others, prayed her days away helping people, animals, soldiers in battle, toxic oceans and more! She also saw herself walking down the aisle to her old place in church, and one day it happened. When you have done all you can to get well, then it's important that you step over the line from illness to wellness - never to look back. What you believe in your heart you can have. You can do it. If your intent is to be well, you will be well - there's no doubt. Books that would be helpful to you: The Power of Intention - Wayne Dyer, You Can't Afford the Luxury of a Negative Thought - Peter McWilliams, The Power of Now - Eckhard Tolle |
