An Intuitive Looks at the Heart

 Carol R. Keppler. M.EI

Heart disease has run in my family for generations, so it was no surprise when at age 33 I found myself walking around pressing on the ribs over my heart to relieve the strange pressure I was feeling there.

At the time I had four young children and was working as the director of one of the first holistic education facilities in Phoenix, Arizona.  Most nights I slept propped up with pillows just to be able to breathe. My genetically weak heart was not handling the stress very well.

Never one to go to doctors, I decided that I could handle this myself.  Although I haven’t had an episode in the 40 intervening years, it did take nearly five years of doing everything right: a natural-foods diet, vitamins and herbs, affirmations and other stress-releasing activities.

My own health crises began a journey into the study of herbs and iridology.  What I learned has become a system for deep cellular cleansing that allows the cells to resonate with the subtle frequencies they need to communicate with nearby cells for self-repair and, in time, the body’s return to health.

By working with intuition confirmed by kinesiology, some missing pieces of the puzzle of heart health have been discovered and are now available in the form of energy medicine to complete the recovery process.

Emotional blocks – It is well documented that overwhelming emotions lock up organ function causing blockages to the flow of energy within the heart itself.  Any organ can be affected, but the heart, stomach and colon are most likely to be affected.  The toxic emotions that cause the most damage are grief, fear, abandonment and a broken heart.

Blood pressure and cholesterol medications – Even though most people cannot describe any symptoms, they still have a nagging fear of high cholesterol and high blood pressure and dutifully take their medications.  Eventually the body accumulates so much of these toxic materials that the autonomic nervous system is no longer able to regulate blood pressure and cholesterol levels.  Then even stronger (more toxic) medications will be prescribed to mask the symptoms; unfortunately these meds also negatively affect vital signs, which can be life threatening.

The low-fat myth – New evidence is calling into question the efficacy of a low-fat diet, not only because fat may not be the high-cholesterol culprit it has been made out to be, but because a low-cholesterol diet may actually be causing serious hormone imbalances that can affect the heart.

The chlorine connection – Over time, drinking chlorinated water causes the interior of veins and arteries to become rough, allowing cholesterol to stick to these surfaces, eventually narrowing the vascular system and causing blockages.

Calcium build-up – A malfunctioning parathyroid can prevent even good calcium (from green, leafy vegetables) from breaking down into its bioavailable components.  It is even more difficult for the body to metabolize the common sources of calcium supplements (bonemeal, dolomite, coral, oyster shells, etc.).  The heart, its valves and other organs, perhaps even brain cells, begin to calcify, losing their flexibility and, therefore, ability to function properly.

Anaerobic bacterial infection – Scientists have recently discovered that teeth and gums often harbor microbes that can contribute to heart disease, chronic sinus and kidney infections, and skin conditions.  Anaerobic bacterial infections often are overlooked because they are difficult to detect.  The antibiotics that are strong enough to kill them can wreak havoc on the human body.

Electrical overload – The heart is an electrical impulse organ.  Heart function is therefore compromised by the accumulation of chaotic electrical energy that is not compatible with the harmonic energy of the human body.  Our bodies are impacted daily by the negative energy of electrical power lines, electric blankets, hair dryers, cell phones, televisions and electrical outlets and travel by car or air.  In addition, solar flares, the energy transmitted by solar activity, has dramatically increased in the universe.  All this can result in a cumulative overload with malfunctions ranging from mild tachycardia to serious heart attacks.

The amazing answer to all of the above can be found in the new field of vibrational or subtle energy medicine.  Richard Gerber, M.D., traditionally trained in Western medicine, has written two books on the subject, the latest of which is Practical Guide to Vibrational Medicine for the 21st Century.  This is a must-read book for anyone who wants to understand these revolutionary new paradigms.

Recent heart research by David Ridkin, M.D., discovered that inflammation was the “silent killer” in many heart-related deaths.  The cause, he said, was the body’s natural response to body trauma, emotional trauma, man-made toxins and chaotic electric.  When the acidic hormones are released to repair damage, they can also cause an inflammatory response in the heart without any tell-tale signs.

The truth is, that no matter what the cause, before the cells can amp hydroelectric energy at the level needed to sustain self-repair, they need to be cleansed.  The challenge has always been to find the positive frequencies capable of neutralizing the negatives of microbes or calcification, toxins or electrical overload, emotional blocks, chemical damage or inflammation.  The quantum nature of the new subtle energy medicine has this capability.
